Panzer’s is a premium delicatessen and food emporium located in St. John’s Wood for over 80 years. We strive to deliver warm, friendly customer service with a team who is passionate about food, wine and fresh produce.
Reporting to the Shop Floor Manager, you will lead a shop floor team in delivering an outstanding customer experience whilst ensuring the day-to-day operations run efficiently.
The Floor Supervisor will support the business in driving revenue, developing talent within the team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, controlling a wide range of costs and ensuring compliance of all legal requirements. You will work closely with the Shop Floor Manager in looking at new ways of working and opportunities to maximise sales and improve productivity.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience of managing in a similar retail or hospitality environment
• Passionate about food, drink and service
• Able to consistently provide exceptional customer service and guest experience
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail
• Able to develop talent and implement the appropriate skillsets within the team
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Computer literate with an understanding of reporting and Microsoft Excel
  Excellent command of the English language

• Oversee daily operations on the sales floor, ensuring that all team members are performing their duties effectively.

• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Utilise phone etiquette when communicating with customers and suppliers.
