As part of IVLeague Ltd, we operate alongside four other successful licensed venues.
The Role:
We are currently hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead operations at Second Bridge. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth nightly operations, excellent customer service, and a safe, vibrant environment for both staff and guests. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front-of-house activity, including ticketing, queuing systems, and bar service.
• Passionate about drinks, cocktails and menu creation.
• Supervise and motivate bar staff, security, and floor teams during events
• Maintain compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety policies, and venue procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate with promoters, DJs, and performers to ensure seamless events.
• Oversee crowd management and ensure guest safety throughout the night.
• Monitor venue cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
• Support promotional efforts by working with marketing to drive event attendance and sales.
• Respond to emergency situations and follow incident protocols.
• Handle cash operations, POS systems, and financial reporting during shifts.
