Housekeeping Job Summary: As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to help provide a friendly professional guest experience to everyone staying with us. Maintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure a safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates and vendors. Sets up cleaning cart with supplies. Maintains carts and storerooms in a clean and orderly fashion to enhance efficiency and ease of cleaning rooms. Cleans and wipes windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures in rooms, public areas, and hallways. Washes shower walls and tub cleans toilets and stall walls. Wipes exposed pipes, cleans mirrors, sinks, and walls in order to have clean and sanitary guest and public restrooms. Replaces towels, soaps and all room amenities and restocks literature that has been removed by previous guest, or is soiled or torn, to ensure adequate supply for arriving guests. Washes all hard floor areas (linoleum, tile, etc.) by hand to remove dirt and soiled areas. Strips bed of all linens and remakes with fresh linens. Vacuums rooms, public areas, and hallways. Checks lights and remotes to ensure all are in working order. Report any maintenance issues to appropriate manager. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines. Follow established procedures for lost and found Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information and belongings. Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous manner when interacting with guests and colleagues. Breakfast Room Job Summary: The Breakfast Room Attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and clearing the hotel’s breakfast service area to ensure a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest service during the morning hours and plays a key role in creating a positive start to the guests’ day. Set-Up and Preparation • Prepare the breakfast room before service: arrange food and beverage items, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness. • Brew coffee, refill juices, and heat pre-prepared breakfast items. • Ensure all food is presented attractively and in compliance with food safety standards.
