Descrição do emprego Realizar os controles e processamentos pertinentes à Contas a Pagar, Contas Receber e Departamento Pessoal, com exatidão e nos prazos requeridos. • Efetuar todo o processo de admissões, desligamentos, férias, vencimentos de contrato de experiência, bem como acompanhar a conclusão do processo pela empresa terceirizada. • Providenciar inclusão/exclusão dos funcionários nos planos de saúde e seguro de vida, através do sistema. • Efetuar solicitações de vale-transporte e cesta básica, de acordo com o calendário administrativo. • Controlar o ponto eletrônico/cartão de ponto, checando freqüências, emitindo relatórios contendo faltas, atrasos, horas extras, banco de horas, etc., encaminhando para as chefias responsáveis e atualizando o sistema. • Realizar as rotinas da área, cumprindo os procedimentos do “Auto Controle”. • Distribuir documentos diversos aos colaboradores (holleriths, cartões de ponto, valetransporte etc.) coletando as respectivas assinaturas. • Providenciar envio dos títulos a receber aos clientes, seguindo padrões e procedimentos preestabelecidos. • Fazer a abertura do caixa, conferindo o movimento diário de dinheiro, cartões, faturas, moedas estrangeiras, comprovantes de depósitos antecipados etc. e realizando os respectivos depósitos, diariamente. • Separar toda documentação (notas fiscais, boletos, duplicatas, relatórios) de acordo com cada processo (fiscal e contas a pagar), bem como preparar e encaminhar os pagamentos por arquivo eletrônico ao banco para sua efetivação. • Lançar notas fiscais no sistema, gerar os relatórios de contas a pagar e encaminhar para aprovação do superior imediato. • Efetuar o fechamento do caixa, separando e conferindo os documentos do movimento do dia e executando a baixa no sistema. • Organizar e controlar o arquivo de documentos da área. • Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
