Gather medical history information and vital signs as directed by a registered nurse or prescriber, support licensed nursing and medical staff with medication management as needed including oral and injectable medications as prescribed Document all medication monitoring and self-medications in EHR program or hard copy Medication Administration Record (MAR) daily by end of shift. Coordinate ordering and reporting of labs and lab results to prescribers. Coordinate insurance services/ prior authorizations. Coordinate community medical integrated healthcare services. Provide psychoeducation groups related to healthcare and medication to consumers Maintain medical records and provide reports in accordance with policies and procedures. Qualifications Qualifications Completion of accredited medical assistant program and WA State certification Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.
