The Operations Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our organization, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position is responsible for strategic planning, managing resources, and driving business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in people development, process improvement, and sales.
