Reports to: Senior Director of Brand Strategy & Customer Experience
Background Required: 8+ years of experience in retail and brand marketing, including multi-brand portfolio management (we have 40+ brands!), rebranding, and acquisition integration.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Sun Auto’s brand growth, ensuring cohesive brand identity across multiple acquired and legacy brands, and developing strategies that enhance store performance and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for brand storytelling, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in brand or retail marketing, including multi-brand portfolio management, rebranding, and acquisition integration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in retail promotions, local marketing, sponsorships, and store openings.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and reporting.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Experience in the automotive or retail industry is a plus.
