Position: Marketing Coordinator for Holland & Sherry & Elizabeth Eakins
Location: New York (on-site) with travel 2 days per week to Norwalk, CT

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Marketing Coordinator for Elizabeth Eakins and Holland & Sherry, you will increase the companies’ marketing efficiency by creating and implementing best-in-class marketing materials and driving process improvements. This role requires high energy, collaboration skills, and experience with digital marketing and content creation. This role works with the Marketing Department at the Holland & Sherry New York office three days per week and reports to the Creative Director at Elizabeth Eakins two days per week.
This is a full-time position based in our New York office, with travel required two (2) days per week to our Norwalk, CT studio. Commuting costs will be reimbursed.

Job Duties:

• Create content for digital channels including email, Instagram, and website with the goal of informing, educating, and inspiring sales teams and prospective clients.
• Create marketing assets in Photoshop.
• Create consistent product tear sheets across all product categories.
• Execute website updates.
• Work with the Marketing Manager and Creative Director to implement marketing strategies across our tech stack.
• Monitor ongoing trends in interior design in both traditional and digital media outlets.
• Update product source guides and facilitate additional product photography.
• Maintain and organize digital assets (documents, photography, videography, etc.) to ensure efficient retrieval and recordkeeping.
• Communicate with our photographer(s) to plan and execute product photoshoots
