We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Used Car Manager to lead our dealership’s pre-owned vehicle sales department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automobile sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the Used Car Manager, you will oversee inventory management, develop sales strategies, and ensure that our team meets and exceeds sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership management is essential.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of high-end sales success.
• Familiarity with retail math and inventory management principles.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in CRM software usage for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette for outbound sales efforts.

• Manage the used car sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase used car inventory turnover.
• Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and accurate pricing of vehicles.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and analyze performance metrics.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices in customer service, upselling techniques, and product knowledge.
• Engage in outside sales activities including cold calling and B2B sales to expand the dealership’s customer base.
• Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and public speaking skills.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote used car inventory through various channels.
• Maintain an organized environment for both the showroom and inventory lot to enhance customer experience.
