SALARY: £33,280 + BENEFITS.

CIM Business Centre is more than just a place to meet—it’s where events get a sprinkle of magic and everything just flows. We’re looking for a F & B Manager who knows how to lead a Food and Beverage team, deliver top-notch client experiences on events, and handle a busy and diverse venue with style.
You’ll be the friendly face and steady hand behind every event, working alongside a brilliant team to make sure conferences, training sessions, and events go off without a hitch. From managing and developing the F & B Team to liaising with clients and coordinating with catering, you’ll be the glue that holds the whole show together.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:

• You’ll have at least two years’ experience in event operational management in a hotel or conferencing environment
• You’ll be a natural leader with a calm head and a can-do positive attitude
• Excellent working knowledge of Food and Beverage Management with hands-on experience
• People person? Absolutely. You love making guests feel welcome and supported
• You know your way around Microsoft Word & Excel, and a budget spreadsheet doesn’t scare you
• You’ll be flexible with shifts and happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in in where needed
