JOB SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging content (graphics & videos), content planning, managing social media pages, supporting digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring our brand stands out across all platforms. You should have experience in both creative design and strategic content marketing, especially in the real estate sector or similar industries.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of design work.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience in designing for both web and print mediums.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (for web design).
• Familiarity with design tools
• Creativity: Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to think outside the box.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in design and execution.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with team members.
