You will: plan, prepare deliver and assess training programs; monitor, assess and record student attendance, progress and results; participate in internal and external contractual audits; and evaluate student teaching and learning resources. About you Reporting to the Program Manager, you will have the ability to research, develop and implement innovative and appropriate teaching curriculum while effectively utilising online learning platforms and technologies. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to complete administrative tasks, including the ability to maintain accurate online and physical records. You will possess a genuine desire to work with young people and improve their lives. You will possess demonstrated: current vocational skills and knowledge; experience responding to student learning needs; experience in monitoring and assessing student learning; and experience in establishing and maintaining collative relations ships with students, parents and broader school community.
