The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in the development, coordination and teaching in the program. This position offers the opportunity to shape an inclusive learning environment for linguistically and culturally diverse learners, including a large cohort of Chinese international students. You will draw on your experience in international student education to design and implement equitable oral assessments across the program, ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed. Your key responsibilities will be to: undertake independent teaching in public health, ensuring high-quality educational design, delivery, and evaluation develop, coordinate and teach foundational public health concepts and support students to undertake capstone projects design and deliver units of study that meet curriculum requirements and support diverse student needs create inclusive learning environments for linguistically and culturally diverse cohorts, including Chinese international students contribute to multi-disciplinary, work-integrated learning initiatives support the design and implementation of equitable oral assessments across the program supervise postgraduate students in line with faculty and university standards apply scholarship and contemporary pedagogical knowledge to innovate education carry out administrative tasks related to your discipline foster a positive workplace culture that values collaboration, diversity, and excellence contribute to the university and faculty strategic agenda engage beyond the university through conferences, seminars, and outreach activities undertake other duties appropriate to the classification level as required.
