Audit Senior – Growth-Oriented CPA Firm | Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)
We’re working with a long-standing, full-service CPA firm that’s been serving clients for over 50 years. While their legacy runs deep, the firm has recently undergone a full-scale modernization — including new leadership, updated systems, and a renewed strategic direction.
They’re now looking to add new staff to their ever-growing audit function. The changes in their leadership team means there is more room than ever for emerging leaders to advance within the firm.
This is a standout opportunity for an experienced auditor who wants to contribute beyond the engagements. You’ll help refine internal processes, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in the firm’s next chapter. There’s no corporate red tape — just a direct path to advancement for those who show initiative and deliver results.
What You’ll Do:
Lead audits, reviews, and compilations across a range of industries
Supervise and mentor audit staff, fostering growth and accountability
Collaborate on improving audit workflows and firm best practices
Work closely with partners and clients to deliver high-quality, insightful service
