Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des éléments de paie et des opérations RH, tout en garantissant la conformité réglementaire de nos pratiques. Vous interviendrez en lien étroit avec notre prestataire paie, notre cabinet juridique partenaire, ainsi qu’avec les équipes internes (RH, Finance, Managers) pour assurer la qualité et la fiabilité des données sociales. Vos principales missions incluront : Gérer l’ensemble des éléments de paie en collaboration avec notre prestataire : salaire fixe, primes, heures supplémentaires, absences, indemnités, etc. Superviser les opérations RH quotidiennes (hors recrutement) : onboarding/ offboarding, gestion des contrats, absences, visites médicales, mutuelle, etc. Mettre à jour et garantir la fiabilité des données RH, notamment dans notre base interne.
