Suivi des relations quotidiennes avec clients, locataires, sous-traitants et fournisseurs. Coordination entre les différents prestataires et services internes (chargé d’affaires, techniciens, comptabilité…) pour assurer la bonne réalisation des prestations. Gestion administrative et facturation : Transmission des informations administratives relatives à la réalisation des prestations. Respect des processus et bonnes pratiques à toutes les étapes de l’intervention. Gestion de la facturation, des avoirs, des impayés et des litiges éventuels. Planification des interventions : Gestion et organisation du planning des techniciens, en tenant compte des disponibilités et compétences de chacun. Support quotidien aux techniciens : planification, suivi administratif, rapports d’intervention et devis. Profil Formation supérieure, avec un goût pour la gestion administrative et le relationnel client. Capacité à travailler en autonomie avec des responsabilités croissantes.
