Nello specifico, lo stage si terrà nel reparto Fleet Administration, in un ambiente dinamico focalizzato a supportare il team della Fleet Direction e l’intera azienda. Lo stagista avrà l’opportunità di conoscere le dinamiche interne di una azienda multinazionale strutturata, comprendere il mercato del noleggio auto e i processi di gestione della flotta. L’esperienza di stage riguarderà l’apprendimento delle relazioni professionali con i colleghi, la gestione degli stakeholder interni, l’organigramma della direzione, i processi decisionali nelle procedure interne, la gestione del tempo e delle scadenze dei progetti, e il processo di delega. Più nello specifico, con il supporto di un tutor senior all’interno del reparto Fleet Administration, lo stagista acquisirà esperienza nei principi del mercato del noleggio auto, nelle pratiche amministrative della flotta, nella compliance SOX, nel controllo delle auto e nei diversi tipi di post-vendita del noleggio. Attività La risorsa fornirà supporto al Team nelle seguenti attività: Controllo delle penalità chilometriche e report operativi. Gestione delle operazioni di leasing: verifica prezzi con Procurement, autorizzazione pagamenti, revisione e approvazione fatture. Calcolo bonus (bonus non restituito / contributo Marketing) e comunicazione con Finance e OEM.supporto alle Facilities ABG nell’effettuare perizie e valutazioni vetture sul campo; Registrazione vendite nel sistema 3FS. Controllo flussi di cassa e comunicazione con i clienti per la consegna dei veicoli. Revisione mensile BBK e performance della flotta. Validazione delle vendite in attesa di autorizzazione. Caricamento e dismissione veicoli nei sistemi (3FS, Wizard, Emilio). Gestione dati veicoli (gruppo veicolo, targa, modelli, codici MVA). Gestione flotta di partner, affiliati e staff (report HR, cambi di proprietà). Supporto sul campo per richieste specifiche. Cutoff acquisti e vendite: raccolta dati, aggiornamenti contabili, monitoraggio. Riconciliazione inventario tra 3FS, Wizard ed Emilio, analisi discrepanze e documentazione. Creazione report per supportare richieste interne specifiche o da consulenti esterni.
