Job Description

As a Project Manager Associate in the commercial manufacturing group you will be responsible for working hands-on on multiple projects of our commercialization initiative from initiation to completion. You will work closely with management and subject matter experts from different departments to successfully set-up commercial manufacturing capabilities of the Cell Factory.

• In close collaboration with management and subject matter experts from different departments involved, you will define the project’s scope, content, prioritization, timeline, resources and budget.
• You will work hands-on on these projects together with Subject Matter Experts. This includes optimization of processes in highly regulated GMP environment.
• Organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes are parts of this role.
• You will also be generating/updating SOPs, Change controls, qualification/validation documents etc.
• You will be an integral part of the change management from clinical to commercial manufacturing. To achieve this you will foster a close relationship with all team members engaged in the projects, promoting a culture of transparent and trustworthy information exchange across various departments.

Qualifications

• Having completed your PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field, you ideally acquired first hands on experience in managing projects within the pharmaceutical, biotech industry or academia. You possess knowledge of GxP regulations and documents, as well as experience in manufacturing processes.
• You excel at communicating effectively, managing multiple project streams simultaneously, and balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders to ensure project success and timely achievement of milestones
• You are proactive and hands-on, able to foresee potential project risks, and adept at developing and proposing mitigation strategies and solutions.
• With excellent communication skills in English and German, you can foster strong relationships with colleagues
• Excellent presentation skills are complemented by a highly structured approach to project planning and management. First leadership experience will help you to succeed.
