JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst / Delivery Lead to join a large-scale Wealth Management Transformation Program. This dual-role position involves both business systems analysis and project delivery leadership, focusing on integrations with downstream Finance and Treasury systems.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – In-office Tue, Wed, Thu at 250 Yonge St)
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Nov 3, 2025 – Nov 2, 2026)
Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM
Possibility of Extension: Yes
Possibility of Conversion to Full-Time: Yes

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead in Wealth Management or Finance Systems (e.g., GL conversions)
• Strong stakeholder management across tech and business teams
• Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and data mapping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and monthly forecasting
• Proven leadership in large transformation and conversion projects
• Solid understanding of SDLC in both Agile and Waterfall environments

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
• Facilitate sessions to create user stories and document requirements
• Support design, development, and testing phases
• Ensure alignment with SDLC methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)
• Develop project artifacts for functional and non-functional requirements
• Create and manage project schedules and estimations
• Lead delivery efforts and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with QA teams for root cause analysis and testing metrics
• Act as SME during testing and post-production validation
• Provide consulting and analytical support across project lifecycle
