The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in managing interoperability projects, working with hospitality platforms, and translating business requirements into efficient technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, document, and streamline business processes related to hotel technology systems such as PMS, CRS, Channel Managers, and RMS. Support data integration projects, ensuring seamless communication across systems via APIs or ETL workflows. Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements and implement interoperability solutions. Conduct data analysis and reporting using SQL or similar database querying tools. Ensure high-quality documentation, testing, and deployment of system updates. Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and drive effective resolutions. Maintain structured records and assist in project management and delivery tracking. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel technology or business analytics, preferably involving system integration or data interoperability.
