JOB DESCRIPTION: Unified Insights – Unleashing the full potential of abundant data requires integrating and standardizing information from multiple systems to generate a cohesive and comprehensive view that can be easily visualized for actionable insights. Solutions Design – Foster solutions design innovation by exploring new methodologies, tools, and techniques in data analysis to identify creative and effective approaches for addressing complex business challenges and driving meaningful outcomes. Automate - Utilize current Power Platforms and Office 365 tools (Excel Macros, Power Automate, PowerBI) to develop automated processes for all business units on the team account (Operations, Safety, Finance, etc.). Tell a Story – Develop interactive dashboards, infographics, and visual reports that provide clear and concise representations of complex data sets, catering to individuals across a wide range of skillsets and backgrounds. Client Centric – Support client KPI reviews with analysis and insights, driving data-driven discussions for optimizing client experiences and achieving business objectives. Document – Considering the multitude of solutions and strategies to be implemented, it is crucial to have comprehensive documentation readily available for end users. Teamwork – Build relationships with members from all teams and understand problems that can be fixed with automation or data. Train – Teach engaged associates skills to increase the team’s technical abilities.
