Identify opportunities for process reuse or adaptation and analyse business and operational needs to support reuse, buy or build solutions. About You and What You'll Bring Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst or Business Systems Analyst supporting complex ICT or digital delivery in regulated or security‑conscious environments. Ability to analyse and document existing processes and systems, including as‑is / to‑be process analysis, to support future capability. Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical audiences, with comfort working under direction in complex operational environments. Experience supporting integrated or multi‑component solutions across on‑premise and/or cloud environments, with awareness of security considerations. Exposure to systems analysis across commercial (COTS), customised and bespoke systems, with ability to identify process reuse or adaptation opportunities and work within defined scope and delivery priorities.
