This is a high-impact role focused on bridging the gap between business operations and technology — helping us improve processes, scale smarter, and successfully deliver ERP implementations across multiple locations. What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, IT teammates, and implementation partners to: Lead discovery and requirements gathering using strong interviewing and analysis skills Document current-state (“as-is”) workflows, then drive alignment toward a future-state (“to-be”) process Translate business needs into functional design specifications for complex solutions Map requirements through delivery to ensure traceability and minimize rework Identify solution options and evaluate them for technical feasibility + business value Partner with developers and testers to ensure solutions are technically sound and user-friendly Create and execute test plans, coordinate system integration testing, and validate results Support end-user adoption through training, documentation, and hands-on support Mentor and train team members on Plex/Invex Contribute to project scoping, effort estimates, and cost-benefit analysis Work within a project management methodology and help manage delivery expectations (scope, schedule, budget) Requirements Travel: This role includes up to 25% travel, with higher travel expectations during implementation and go-live periods.
