We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support project schedules and trustee onboarding activities.   Your Role Project Scheduling and Trustee Onboarding Support: Collaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure alignment of prioritization, resource allocation, and schedules. Lead the execution of trustee onboarding activities during the data migration phase, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on progress and timelines. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, proactively addressing any onboarding challenges that may arise. Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation to streamline the process for upcoming schemes. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project records and assist in providing regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and potential risks. Roster: Support the roster and work in shift during critical testing period and system go live period   To Succeed in this Role Education: Degree holder. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in project management or related fields. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to project goals. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience in data migration or IT projects is a plus. Problem-Solving: Willingness to learn and troubleshoot issues with analytical thinking.
