  Position Summary.  We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify needs, analyze processes, gather requirements, and assist with project management planning and tracking. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities. * Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, functional requirements, and process flows. * Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement. * Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for the technical team. * Support solution design, testing, implementation, and post-launch validation. * Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. * Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. * Assist project manager with planning and tracking. * Monitor project progress and risks. * Communicate project status and progress to customers and stakeholders through regular reports and presentations. * Participate in customer meetings and presentations as needed. Required Qualifications:    * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
