Working directly with the Executive Director, you will serve as the operational backbone of our organization, managing team members across curriculum development, marketing, and customer experience while building the systems that support sustainable growth. Initially, you will build operational systems and work within them directly (such as managing customer service inboxes), then collaborate with leadership to determine when and how to scale through additional hires. This is a role for someone who is strategically minded, operationally excellent, and passionate about creating infrastructure that serves our mission. This role requires both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on operational management - you will develop systems AND ensure they're followed, coordinate team performance AND handle escalated issues, analyze business metrics AND implement improvements. You will own the operational excellence that allows our Executive Director to focus on vision and growth while ensuring every aspect of our business reflects our values and serves families with excellence.
