We are looking for experienced and passionate Pastry Chef who is committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations whilst leading a professional and hardworking team.

Experience:

  • Pastry chef: 1 year (Required
Responsibilities
  • 2 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Prepare all dishes to 6 Head standards and recipes
  • A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery OR at least 3 years of relevant employment experience
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
  • Effective communication skills to maintain a secure and friendly working environment
  • Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
  • Ensure compliance with all OHS legislation (act and regulation)
  • Ability to work over a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, nights and public holidays
