FUGA [Evasion en latin] a été Fondée en 2020 par Quentin Garreau de Labarre (ancien Directeur F&B du George V) et Pierre Doublet (ex-entrepreneur du web). Après Laia en 2020 caché dans un jardin, Francette en 2021 sur un bateau au pied de la Tour Eiffel, et Riviera Fuga en 2023 toujours sur l’eau au pied du pont Alexandre III, FUGA continue son expansion avec le complexe FUGA MONCEAU. Il s'agit d'un complexe à deux pas du Parc Monceau comprenant un restaurant caché dans un jardin « Laïa Monceau » , un Rooftop au R+12 avec une vue à 360 degrés sur tout Paris, et plusieurs espaces événementiels : un auditorium / business center de 200 places dans une ambiance Rétro Futuriste, un atelier de cuisine, et un lieu modulable le FUGA W avec une programmation axée autour du vin.
