Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Wren Kitchens is seeking a highly experienced Chef to join our culinary team across two distinct restaurants and a dynamic live bar cooking area. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional catering experiences to all Wren Employees. Based at our state-of-the art Head Office in Barton-Upon-Humber. The position is Monday to Friday, 05:00 - 13:30. The salary for the position is £28,500 plus Quarterly Bonus up to £250.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serving and handling of food in the canteen
  • Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and available to use
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and maintaining the safety standards
  • Foster a positive and professional environment, working seamlessly with co-workers and customers
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Keep the workstation tidy, including clearing down at the end of the shift, washing up and good observation of cleanliness
