Job Description We are looking to appoint a Director of Food and Beverage at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort to add crucial value to our experienced and high preforming team. This integral position will see you responsible for the performance, profitability and strategic direction of Oaks Cypress Lakes food and beverage operations. In this position, you will draw on your experience, initiative, drive and strategic approach to improve practices and ensure the restaurants, bar and function centre are running at optimum efficiency.
