OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality assurance of our cleaning service. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the cleaning industry, with a strong focus on details and team management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a Quality Control Manager role or similar position within the cleaning service industry
  • Demonstrated ability in staff training, team management, and leadership.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams while fostering a positive work environment. If you are passionate about maintaining high-quality standards in the cleaning industry and have the leadership skills necessary to drive excellence within your team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
