Role Responsibilities Proactively identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates for both active and passive talent pipelines across various sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, Employee Referrals) End-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously across various disciplines and seniority levels. Be a true business partner and recruitment expert to your hiring managers and senior stakeholders Conduct initial recruiter interviews through video screenings to evaluate candidates Work closely with hiring managers and people operations teams across various offices of Third Bridge to ensure high-quality talent delivery Act as a brand ambassador by providing a positive candidate experience Promote and drive improvements in standards, productivity and efficiency Using initiative to solve and identify problems early Qualifications Clear English communication skills, both written and verbal Proven end-to-end recruitment experience across a variety of roles, including Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Data and more.
