Key Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with JLG’s business goals, core values, and ESOP culture. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and industry standards. Partner with finance team to align HR programs with business planning and budgeting. Oversee HR policies, systems, and processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, employee accessibility, and effective risk management. Leverage HR analytics to support decision-making and measure operational effectiveness. Lead continuous improvement in HR practices. All other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 10+ years of HR leadership experience Proven success as a strategic HR leader in a growing, multi-location firm. Strong expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, and employee engagement. Deep knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, compensation, and benefits administration across multiple state jurisdictions. Strong business acumen with the ability to critically analyze data and connect people initiatives to firm performance. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Superb attention to detail and discretion in maintaining confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to model and foster trusted leadership, accountability, and collaboration.
