Job Overview: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Human Capital Coordinator to remotely support the US-based Human Capital team at Oliver Wyman Actuarial. The Human Capital Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting (resume collection, interview scheduling and logistics, etc.), HC Operations (creating and maintaining employee files, entering data requests for input into the HRIS Workday, etc.), and talent development (supporting the career review process, tracking participation in learning programs, etc.).
