Working closely with an experienced HR Business Partner, this is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to broaden their advisory capability within a sophisticated, matrix-style environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice on HR policies, procedures and people practices
• Support managers through performance management, disciplinary matters and employee relations issues
• Assist with workplace investigations and the resolution of employee concerns
• Manage employee lifecycle administration including changes to terms and conditions, internal transfers and employee communications
• Support probation and performance reviews, employee movements and termination processes
• Contribute to remuneration and benefits processes as well as talent and succession planning activities
• Support learning and development initiatives across the business unit
• About YouMinimum 2 years' experience within a HR Advisor, HR Coordinator role
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice
• Experience providing HR support across multiple stakeholder groups
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Experience in a large, complex or multinational organisation will be highly regarded
