Appui à la gestion administrative et financière Suivi commercial et facturation : Gestion des devis, commandes et prévisionnels de facturation de nos prestations Contrôle des factures fournisseurs et sous-traitants Administration des dossiers projets : Classement et archivage numérique des documents techniques et contractuels (respect des procédures qualité et RGPD). Rédaction et mise à jour de documents qualité (fiches de non-conformité, etc.). Gestion des temps et des frais : Pointage horaire des agents (saisie, contrôle des anomalies, transmission à la paie). Vérification et validation des notes de frais (conformité, justificatifs, remboursements). Suivi des absences (congés, arrêts maladie, RTT) et reporting mensuel. 2. Gestion des ressources humaines et intégration Accueil et onboarding : Organisation de l’arrivée des nouveaux collaborateurs (remise des supports : livret d’accueil, règlement intérieur, chartes sécurité). Coordination avec les RH pour les formalités administratives (contrats, badges, accès informatiques). Suivi des compétences et conformité : Gestion des dossiers individuels (formations obligatoires, habilitations nucléaires, visites médicales). 3. Logistique et optimisation des moyens Gestion de la flotte automobile : Coordination avec les partenaires (loueurs, garages, assurances) pour les livraisons, maintenances et réparations des véhicules. Suivi des contrats de location/achat et optimisation des coûts. Approvisionnement et stocks : Commandes de fournitures et EPI (Équipements de Protection Individuelle) en lien avec les besoins terrain. Inventaire et rotation des stocks (réduction des gaspillages, négociation avec les fournisseurs). Planning des ressources : Élaboration des plannings hebdomadaires des équipes et des moyens techniques (matériels d’inspection, véhicules). Anticipation des besoins logistiques pour les chantiers (coordination avec les chefs de projet). Qualifications Compétences et expérience Formation : Diplôme de niveau Bac à Bac+3 en Assistanat, Gestion, Logistique, Secrétariat ou équivalent. Expérience : 1 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire (idéalement en PME, secteur industriel/technique ou BTP). Une première expérience dans un environnement réglementé (nucléaire, aéronautique, pharmaceutique) serait un atout majeur.
