Provide guidance on employee engagement, organizational design, talent and performance development, and compensation equity for the US and Canada. Drive process optimization for the studio’s employee experience (onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, organizational changes, etc.) and help build our North American brand. Engage and collaborate in global HR initiatives across multiple regions and locations to foster close collaboration with our European HR team. Oversee the full employment life cycle for remote and onsite hires in the US and Canada. Stay updated on HR laws and regulations for the US and Canada. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree or HR certification like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR a plus). Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in companies with at least 300+ employees. Professional experience in the gaming or entertainment industry highly preferred. Proven expertise conducting behavioral interviews with hands-on experience with diverse selection processes. Deep knowledge of HR best practices, federal and state employment laws, and regulations across US and Canada. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities. Innovative thinker with a steadfast commitment to applying best practices. Adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment. Experience working with HRIS systems including ADP HR/Payroll Software. Nice to Have: Passion for video games or are a gamer yourself!
