Location: New York, New York What You’ll Do: Support HR Manager and employees as day-to-day HR contact for M Booth and M Booth Health. Assisting in onboarding & offboarding, performance management and benefits administration. Own and manage system updates, oversee regular audits, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data. Act as the primary payroll coordinator, collaborating with the finance department to manage and process payroll updates. Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented — a true self-starter. Manage freelancer and independent contractor needs across M Booth and M Booth Health. Collaborate with team to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Prepare HR reports and contribute to continuous process improvement Co-lead culture initiatives across M Booth and M Booth Health that engage both IRL and remote staff.
