This position will report to the HR Director. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead advanced HR initiatives that support organizational goals. Demonstrate initiative, creativity and sound judgment to solve complex HR projects and personnel issues. Assist with communication of HR engagement and initiatives across the Company. Represent the Firm at local and regional functions to strengthen industry relationships. Make strategic decisions with current and future HR implications in mind. Actively participate in Company ownership and strategic planning. Direct and manage HR projects requiring support staff and resources. Lead discussions, workshops, and training sessions on HR initiatives. Stay current on HR trends, methods, and developments. Ensure quality standards and strong attention to detail for deliverables produced by HR teams. Identify new HR and client engagement opportunities.
