Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Partner with Business Units to understand workforce needs, align HR policies, practices and strategies to achieve overall company vision and business objectives. · Provided end-to-end HR advisory support on employee lifecycle matters such as workforce planning, performance management, talent management, and employee engagements. · Handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair treatment, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. · Coach and guide line managers on people management issues, ensuring alignment with HR policies, employment legislation, and organisational values. · Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and manage recruitment efforts to attract top-quality candidates with alignment to our organisational values. · Support organisational change initiatives such as role redesigns, process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions. · Work in partnership with Centre of Excellence (COE) teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Shared Services, Culture and Engagement, etc.) to provide integrated HR solutions. · Analyse data and reports to assess HR trends, identify risks and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. · Lead and/or support HR projects, initiatives and functional portfolios to support overall HR workplan. · Other projects or duties as assigned.
