As the Village Manager you will play a vital role in the successful running of village operations, reporting directly to the region's Operation Manager. You will be a skilled communicator with proven people management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. You will have the ability to build and support teams and be a safety leader with an understanding of HSE and HR legislation. You’ll contribute extensively to the effective day to day operations and will be an innovative thinker with a strong head for business and running projects, experience in a similar role is not essential as we are looking for people who consider the big picture and bring their perspective to our operations. If you are a leader or manager within the hospitality industry looking for your next challenge we want to hear from you! You will have Hospitality management/leadership experience in a hotel/pub or resort looking after one or more of the following areas: food and beverage, housekeeping, accommodation or font of house/administration, a general understanding and experience with facilities maintenance/management is preferred but not essential, previous accountability for financial budgets, P&Ls and allocation of resources and demonstrated experience managing and building multiple stakeholder relationships.
