Coordinate with Warranty, Technical, Parts, and Customer Relations departments to ensure consistency in service delivery and process integration. Analyse dealer performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and retention trends, to identify areas for improvement. Drive business improvement initiatives in line with Denza’s policies, procedures, and best practice standards. Support the development and implementation of aftersales policies and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Assess market personnel capabilities and provide guidance on skill development and knowledge enhancement. Collaborate with internal training teams to improve the technical and professional competencies of aftersales personnel. Monitor and evaluate aftersales key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and profitability to ensure business sustainability.
