In this role, you’ll work one‑to‑one with clients who have experienced injury and have have been out of work for a long time. Your focus will be on understanding what matters to them, reducing barriers, and coordinating the right supports to help them move toward positive rehabilitation outcomes. You won’t do this alone — you’ll collaborate closely with health providers, employers, whānau, and community networks, playing a key role in helping people rebuild confidence, capability, and independence.
