Develop and administer performance plans that ensure high performance. Give frequent feedback and ensure that performance issues are quickly addressed with appropriate remedial actions Evaluate and document development needs on a regular basis and ensure that staff has all the required technical training to do their jobs. Maintain the highest standards of performance and recognize excellence through periodic formal and informal award recognition. Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with each team member.
