The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: Strategic Growth & Market Leadership Develop and execute revenue-focused marketing strategies to expand international market share across Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Establish clear financial and performance KPIs tied to gaming revenue, trip volume, and profitability. Identify new markets, partnerships, and business channels to increase international visitation and spend. Act as a senior brand ambassador representing the property at major global gaming, tourism, and luxury lifestyle events. VIP Player Acquisition & Revenue Development Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth players, premium gaming agents, junket operators, and luxury travel networks worldwide. Design and implement targeted player development campaigns to generate incremental trips and revenue growth. Oversee the creation of customized incentive and loyalty programs, ensuring they deliver measurable returns. Personally lead negotiations with key player groups and agents to secure profitable, sustainable business. Champion data-driven segmentation and performance analysis to optimize reinvestment and yield per player. Global Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate international marketing and host teams across key global markets.
