We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties for a Leading Perfume Manufacturing Company in UAE
Duties & Responsibilities :
· Maintaining accounts receivable & Accounts payable
· Updating financial statements
. Should have knowledge of BOM, Raw material & finished product Reconciliation
. Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue.
. Analyse financial statements for discrepancies and alert the senior management.
. Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
. Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team
. Strong understanding of federal, state and local tax regulations.
. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
. Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analysing account information.
.Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
. Knowledge of Cash Flow Statement , Month end closure , Profit and Loss Account & balance sheet , Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
· Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate
· Posting journal entries
. Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
. Prepare salaries and process through WPS
· Any other duties that may arise within the finance department.

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in accounting required.
• CMA/CPA preferred, not mandatory.
• 3-4 years of accounting experience in manufacturing company.
• Working knowledge of Tally & other accounting software.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per mont
