Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets. Product Line Management Ensure successful product introductions and positioning in the market. Act as the voice of MEA countries to influence global product strategy. Align product pricing (lists and multipliers) by sub-region and support forecasting activities. Knowledge Transfer & Capability Building Organize regular training sessions to empower country teams and enhance technical and commercial skills. Set up and follow education plans with country management to strengthen expertise in the 3-Phase UPS segment. Channel & Specifier Initiatives Drive channel empowerment and autonomy to develop the 3-Phase UPS business. Promote the segment through specifier programs and strengthen relationships with the specifier community.
