What you’ll do
We’re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our Viasat Government People & Culture (P&C) team as a Director, People and Culture Technology and Services. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds: meaningful collaboration in our Carlsbad office and the flexibility of remote work.
The Director, People & Culture Technology and Services is responsible for leading the strategy implementation, and management of VGOV’s HRIS platforms and shared services delivery. This role ensures the integrity, scalability, and compliance of core people systems while driving service excellence across employee lifecycle processes. The Director P&C Technology and Services translates objectives and user needs into technical requirements and system enhancements and leads a team that supports HR operations, data governance, and employee experience through technology-enabled solutions and centralized service delivery.
Operating in a highly regulated defense environment, this leader partners across People & Culture, IT, Legal, and business units to ensure systems and services are secure, efficient, and aligned to VGOV’s mission and workforce strategy.
The day-to-day

SALARY RANGE

$149,000.00 - $236,000.00 / annually. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $185,500.00- $278,500.00/ annually
