This person will serve as the financial adviser and will partner with Brand Finance team, and will lead the financial analysis for month end close activities and forecasting for the assigned category This person will become part of strategic initiatives and decisions to improve the financial results for the assigned Category and must have the ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead all FP&A activities for the assigned Category including Monthe end close as well as forecasting Partner with Brand Finance team to lead the financial analysis. Deliver financial commitments and run planning and forecasting activities. Provide insights on key drivers for month end close activities. Drive favorable topline mix by influencing Marketing spending and trade investments, championing the waste agenda. Contribute to Integrated Business Planning by supporting management of the full Category P&L. Profile Quickly able to understand the fundamentals of what drives the business; can hit the ground running and identify opportunities to ‘add value’ and accelerate brand growth. A highly motivated, energetic and pragmatic individual with the ability to ‘roll up sleeves’, take responsibility for initiatives and produce results. Ability to work at a fast pace, deal with ambiguity and make something out of nothing, self-starter. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
