Owns MIRO enterprise governance covering org settings, licensing, team/workspace architecture, guest access, data governance, retention, audit logs, and export controls. Defines and enforces collaboration governance frameworks, security guardrails, and compliance alignment in partnership with Security, Legal, IAM, and Compliance teams. Leads integrations with Entra ID/Okta, M365, Jira, Confluence, Teams/Slack, CASB, SIEM, and ITSM platforms. Drives operational excellence through L3/L4 support, incident and change management, vendor coordination, monitoring, automation, and KPI reporting.
