Your impact You will provide both individual and program-based treatments and assessments for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries. They also play a pivotal role in supporting veterans, Canadian Armed Forces members, first responders, and individuals facing physical, cognitive and mental wellness goals through Partners in Canadian Rehab Services.  In this role, you will:   * Complete Physical & Cognitive Job Demand Analysis * Evaluate the worker's physical, cognitive, and psychological functions, as well as job demands and workplace environment  * Concussion management and return to function planning  * Perform clinical evaluations, provide exercises, functional tasks, and cognitive strategies (e.g., pacing, energy conservation) to address injury-related deficits.  * Teach techniques like mindfulness, relaxation, and sleep hygiene to manage pain, fatigue, and emotional distress.  * Functional and cognitive work capacity assessments and Ergonomic assessments with follow-ups * Cognitive and functional job coaching * Record assessment and treatment interventions in the client's chart   * Excel in a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team environment  * Exhibit sound professional judgment  Are you the right fit?
