Job Title: Retail/Warehouse Operative
Location: Oh Sew Crafty Ltd, [Kidderminster]
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm; Saturdays on a rota basis. Overtime may be required during busy periods.

REQUIREMENTS:

• No previous experience needed – full on-the-job training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Basic maths and English skills.
• Basic computer literacy, with the ability to learn order processing systems.

This is a physically demanding role that involves manual handling, standing for long periods, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pick and process online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Check and dispatch goods via assigned methods.
• Assist customers in our retail shop with their purchases and enquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace.
• Replenish stock and assist with pricing activities.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including lifting and carrying heavy items.
