Day to day, you will: Review service and inspection reports to determine parts and labour requirements Prepare detailed quotes using our CRM and configuration tools Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and track customer interactions Provide spare parts quotations to external customers Identify upsell opportunities where repairs may not be the best long-term solution Work closely with Service Managers, Planners and the broader Sales team Negotiate and close sales to meet quarterly targets This role suits someone who is organised, methodical and comfortable working with technical information.
