You will position AirTrunk as an industry leader and preferred partner through strategic marketing programs and seamless execution. You will lead AirTrunk’s Australian local marketing strategy and program. You will be the local marketing expert and strategic business partner to teams and leaders in Australia. You will lead key corporate marketing programs that strengthen AirTrunk’s global brand position. You will run seamless marketing operations globally and in Australia. Your Day to Day Local Strategy – Develop AirTrunk’s marketing strategy and plan for Australia ensuring alignment with company growth ambitions and regional business plans. Marketing execution - Deliver the marketing communications program for Australia including local campaigns, events, content, digital marketing, sales enablement tools and collateral. Corporate marketing – Lead and manage key corporate marketing programs such as employer brand, customer experience, digital marketing and the development of global marketing assets and content. Brand management - Execute AirTrunk’s brand strategy and embed the brand internally and externally. Maintain a consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels and touchpoints and ensure brand compliance. Stakeholder engagement - Build strong business partnerships with cross-functional teams and leaders to stay ahead of trends and ensure marketing programs are relevant and strategically aligned. Marketing operations - Ensure seamless marketing operations, collaborating with the Senior Director to maintain excellence across the global marketing function.
