Het Inside Sales team van NTI CAD & Company bestaat uit zes collega’s die samen een groot aantal klanten binnen de bouw -en maakindustrie adviseren over de aanschaf, uitbreiding en verlenging van hun softwareabonnementen (subscriptions). Onze klanten variëren van MKB-bedrijven tot grote internationale organisaties. Wat ga je doen? Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen deel van de klantenportefeuille. Je beheert deze klantenkring actief én ontwikkeld verder, met specifieke aandacht voor het uitbouwen van (target) accounts. Waar de buitendienst verantwoordelijk is voor de verkoop van projecten, richt de binnendienst zich op het adviseren over softwareproducten, trainingen en bedrijfskundig advies. In deze rol is er dagelijks contact met DGA’s, inkopers, hoofd engineering en technisch ontwerpers. Na het inventariseren van hun behoeften volgt een vertaling naar een passend pakket aan oplossingen. De binnendienst fungeert bovendien als voelspriet voor de buitendienst bij het signaleren van leads voor consultancy-activiteiten.
