F. Lead plant activities to achieve plat objectives related to (Quality Performance for External and Internal metrics, Customer Satisfaction, CONC, OTD, and Productivity). G. Lead Quality engineering department and involves in plant quality related activities. H. Assists to assigned trainings by the HR department. I. Supports achieving plant objectives and Profit Plans.
