Administer and maintain Cisco Meraki switching and wireless environments, including VLAN management and connectivity troubleshooting. Monitor network performance and alerts; identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues such as outages, latency, and connectivity disruptions. Perform firmware updates, patching, and assist with change management procedures across network devices. Maintain accurate network documentation and support hybrid connectivity between on-premises systems and cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft Azure).
